Last Minute Veterans Day Songs for Your Music Program!

This year I set out to explore how AI could enhance creativity in the elementary music classroom—and it’s been an incredible journey! With my students’ endless ideas and the help of AI music tools, we’ve created more original music than ever, discovering just how powerful this technology can be in bringing fresh, engaging, and meaningful music to life.

One part of this effort has been putting together performance ready original songs for our annual Veterans Day program. It took countless hours of experimenting, revising, and fine-tuning—but the results have been incredible! My students absolutely love how our songs turned out, and we can’t wait to share them with our community at our program in about two weeks.

For those teachers still looking for the perfect tunes to include in their Veterans Day programs, I’m excited to make these songs available in my Teachers Pay Teachers store! Each song includes everything you need for classroom or performance use, including:

• Thank You Soldiers – A heartfelt ballad of gratitude and courage, perfect for a reflective program moment.

Additional Veterans Day songs created previously include:

• Fired Up! – A fun, high-energy call-and-response military cadence that has become my most downloaded TPT resource.
• Veterans Are Not Veterinarians – An adorable and giggle-worthy kindergarten tune that clears up a classic mix-up in the sweetest way.
