Harmony on Orff Instruments

With a little preparation ahead of time, even the youngest students can learn about harmony and chord progressions! Check out these first graders making beautiful harmonies on Orff Instruments! NOTE: For this activity, instrument keys should be labeled 1-7 starting on C for bass instruments, E for alto instruments, and G for soprano instruments.  This way chords will sound whenever students play the same number, stated by the teacher. This lesson was taught by William C. Doublestein from Boone Meadow Elementary during the 2019-2020 school year.
