Refund Policy

Everything in the Store is a digital download, delivered right away, so sales are usually final. But we want you to be happy with what you bought.

When we’ll make it right

• A file won’t open or is missing something: tell us and we’ll send a working copy.
• The product isn’t what its description said: tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll give you a full refund.
• You bought the same thing twice by mistake: we’ll refund the extra one.

How to ask

Use the Contact page. Include your order number and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

Purchase orders

If your school ordered by purchase order and hasn’t paid yet, we can cancel the order. Just let us know.
