The Jubilee Rag
“The Jubilee Rag” is an English country longways set folk dance perfect for any age level. This dance can be found in the book The Chimes of Dunkirk by The New England Dancing Masters, and the song “Irish Reels” as recorded by NEDM in their album Sashay The Donut can be used for accompaniment. The video below features students from Boone Meadow Elementary, led by their teacher William C Doublestein, during the 2018-2019 school year.
