2024 Recorder Program (Third Grade)

Third graders from Boone Meadow Elementary performed their 2024 Recorder Showcase on January 30th, 2024. Pieces included: Engine Engine Number 9, Acka Backa Soda Cracker, Rain Rain Go Away, Hot Cross Buns, JitterBAG, March of the Droids, Vision Groove, Shark CAGE, Blue Smoothie, Lightly Row, and Ode To Joy.

This performance was student created and student led. Mr. Doublestein enjoyed sitting back and eating Cheetos while his students put on a fantastic show! Everything from the decorations to the technology, the special elements to the piece introductions, this was a performance where the kids were in charge!
